Dear Body,
You are the vessel in which my spirit resides during this lifetime.
My spirit came into this world to experience life. And the body which carries my spirit
is my Own.
It is my ship on this Journey through time and space, taking on the form of a human.
A being with an ego. A being with a heart.
Taking care of my ship is of the utmost importance.
How can I navigate the Universe if my ship can't support me?
How can I move through this life freely if my vessel is neglected?
Do I feel that my body is well cared for?
If not, why?
Why am I not caring for my vessel with the utmost importance?
Do I not want to move through life freely with joy and ease?
Do my ailments not stand in my way of living a balanced life?
Why am I not caring for my vessel with the utmost importance and presence?
Dear vessel,
If your plumbing is leaking, I will fix you.
If your lightbulbs are broken, I will change them.
If your window is dirty, I will clean it.
If your engine is weak and tired, I will feed it well.
I promise to nourish and maintain you at to the best of my ability.
